This is where you will spend most of your time with Medication Diary. It's where you're able to control how the system works, and also see the data collected by the system.
Our goal is to give you some peace of mind when you can't be present in the patient's home, with a minimal amount of setup.
On the left side of the portal is the menu of actions you may need to take.
Sets the time zone, and the network connection for the device.
Simple data input screen to name the pill, and when it will be taken.
On the patients screen, it will display when to expect the next incoming call.
If the person you are helping would like to record some specific data related to their care/condition, this is the place to do it. We will tabulate the data, and put it in a form that will be easy for a Doctor to view.
The call is scheduled above, and this is where the actual connection is made.
Once you've entered all the pills that need to be taken, this screen will explain how to fill the device.
This is what the patient will see. If they are using a tablet, it might be easiest to get to this menu, then select 'Patients Screen', and leave it there.
You will add the medications one at a time. In this example, the blood pressure medication Lisinopril is being added, to be dispensed at 6AM.
If you'd like to make a change to the time a pill is dispensed, or remove a pill, it's easy. On the Caregiver Portal, near the bottom, you'll see a list of the pills you've entered. Just click the button to 'Delete Pill', reenter the pill as you want it, or leave it deleted.
